At AOCTW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AOCTW account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
